Role Overview:
Membership Consultants serve as the primary advocates for ArchWell Health, expanding our patient base within the communities we serve.

As healthcare sales professionals, we strive to ensure that all seniors who could benefit from outstanding medical care – irrespective of their financial situation – are reached, motivated, and supported in joining our medical facilities.

Whether interacting directly with seniors in the community, organizing events to unite seniors, or establishing effective partnerships with patient referral sources, our Membership Consultants are proactive and visible community members who facilitate seniors' access to necessary care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with individual seniors and groups in various community settings to promote the ArchWell Health mission and value proposition for seniors.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute local events to connect with our target patients, particularly those who are medically underserved and Medicare-eligible.
  • Develop relationships with health plan agents, independent brokers, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, and community providers to position ArchWell Health as the preferred provider for senior healthcare.
  • Collaborate with ArchWell Health Community Relations on initiatives involving community leaders, businesses, and public health programs to effectively drive patient growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce to identify and nurture new patients, maintain current prospect information, and document sales interactions.
  • Provide a monthly activity calendar showcasing community access points and venues, and create strategies for targeted sub-markets and channels.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel outside of the local market (under 10%).
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • 1 year of Sales or Community Relations experience is required; experience working with or selling to the senior community or medically underserved populations is preferred.
