Your primary duties will involve conducting thorough quality assessments of enrollment applications to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
You will engage with providers to confirm that each application is accompanied by the necessary documentation, contains accurate information, and is free from errors. A critical aspect of your role will be to maintain the quality assurance of credentials, ensuring that all data is entered accurately and promptly.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in credentialing is preferred.
- Experience in customer service or data entry may be considered in lieu of credentialing experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary.
