VIVA Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medicare Enrollment Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Medicare Enrollment Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of daily work and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prep and scan daily work for processing by the Enrollment Department
  • Process returned mail within Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and plan timeframes
  • Create check requests for invoices and secure required signatures
  • Print and mail all correspondence
  • Assist with enrollment applications and county updates with Medicare or disenrollments related to address updates when necessary

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year administrative experience
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team environment, remaining flexible to ideas, recognizing responsibilities and actively participating with others to accomplish assignments and achieve desired goals
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills through written and verbal communication
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Medicare managed care enrollment experience
  • AS400/POWERSTEPP/TXEN or similar mainframe experience
  • Health Insurance, Healthcare, or HMO experience
