Job Description

DirectedLINK is seeking a highly experienced Director of Financial Management to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated business management service team that handles a group of several large clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Client Service Teams: Oversee and direct the work of one or more business management client service teams, ensuring that deadlines are met and internal processes and procedures are followed.
  • Financial Statement Review: Review financial statements, tax returns, cash flow reports, and other financial reporting and client meeting packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare financial statement summaries as required for Partners and assist Partners with special projects, including real estate transactions, cash flow analysis, investment analysis, custom financial reporting, estate planning, insurance, and forecasting.
  • Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to answer questions, fulfill requests, and provide financial advice when needed, as well as attend client financial meetings.
  • Management Team Participation: Participate in management meetings and provide input on recruiting, client distribution, staff performance, and internal processes.
  • Collaboration with Tax Department: Coordinate with the tax department on client tax matters.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related Business field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of related experience in the Business Management field, and/or working with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent preferred.
