Key Responsibilities- Business Intelligence: Partner with a cross-functional group of stakeholders to report on organizational performance, analyze results on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, identify opportunity areas, and define/propose strategic action plans to drive topline growth.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-rich insights in support of strategic revenue-generating initiatives, including pricing strategy, resident retention, expense management, and additional income generation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Report KPI metrics through a balanced scorecard, including occupancy, resident retention, expenses, compliance, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
- Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement of processes and controls to support GHP's rapid growth, and identify ways to further simplify, automate, and standardize processes across various areas of operations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Identify ways to improve and streamline existing reporting to provide better analytical tools for senior leadership, and lead revenue management efforts by utilizing Rent Maximizer Revenue software to increase revenue, limit exposure, and adjust pricing in line with market trends.
- Financial Analysis: Assist with budget formulation work, including preparation of detailed analyses of annual and/or multiyear budget estimates, and conduct analyses, including specialized economic analysis, reviews, and special studies of budget and/or budget-related information.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyses to understand industry trends and to assess, evaluate, and formulate actionable business opportunities.
- Ad-Hoc Research: Assist senior leadership with ad-hoc research projects, and create ad-hoc reports based on organizational needs.
- Personable and Positive Mindset: A personable, positive, team-oriented mindset is essential for this role.
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Qualitative Analysis, and 3+ years of experience in business analytics.
- Property Management Experience: Property management experience is a plus.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong process thinking and analytical skills, as well as strong computer analysis skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and Continuous Improvement: A curiosity and continuous improvement attitude, with the ability to seek out and implement creative business solutions and best practices.
