ROLE OVERVIEW:

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to the Senior Revenue Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across various departments (such as operations, marketing, sales, accounting, and HR) to evaluate organizational performance, analyze results on a regular basis, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategic action plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support revenue-generating initiatives, including pricing strategies, resident retention efforts, expense management, and additional income opportunities.
  • Utilize a balanced scorecard approach to report on KPI metrics (occupancy rates, resident retention, expenses, compliance, customer satisfaction, etc.) and conduct in-depth business analyses to identify trends and variances.
  • Engage in the continuous enhancement of processes and controls to facilitate GHP's rapid expansion.
  • Identify and implement strategies to simplify, automate, and standardize operations across various functional areas.
  • Enhance existing reporting mechanisms to provide senior leadership with improved analytical tools.
  • Lead revenue management initiatives by leveraging Rent Maximizer Revenue software to optimize revenue, mitigate risks, and adjust pricing in accordance with market dynamics.
  • Assist in the development of budget proposals, including detailed analyses of annual and multi-year budget estimates, and conduct reviews and special studies related to budgetary information.
  • Perform market research and analyses to gain insights into industry trends and to evaluate and formulate actionable business opportunities.
  • Support senior leadership with ad-hoc research projects and generate reports based on organizational requirements.
  • Execute other responsibilities as assigned.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics.
  • Experience in Property Management is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in computer analysis, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement, with a knack for identifying and implementing innovative business solutions and best practices.
COMPENSATION: Salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.
