Requirements- 10+ Years of Experience
10+ years of experience working with databases, advanced SQL scripts, developing reports, and telling data-backed, statistically sound business stories in senior analytics roles.
5+ Years of People Management5+ years of people management and business intelligence leadership experience.
Proficiency in Visualization ToolsProficiency in visualization and data manipulation software like Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy, preferably Microsoft Power BI.
Experience with SoftwareExperience working with a wide array of software, including the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Jira, and Gitlab.
EducationBachelor's degree in a STEM major or applied statistics.
Preferred Qualifications- MBA or Master's Degree
MBA, STEM Master's Degree, or Master's in Applied Statistics.
Certification in Data or Business AnalyticsCertification in Data or Business Analytics.
Compensation and BenefitsThis role is eligible for an annual bonus as well as medical benefits and a 401K plan.
LocationThis role is located in Los Angeles, CA, with a flexible work arrangement that includes days on site.
