ROLE SUMMARY:

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports directly to the Senior Revenue Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across various departments (including operations, marketing, sales, accounting, and HR) to assess organizational performance, analyze results on a regular basis, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategic action plans to stimulate revenue growth.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives focused on revenue generation (such as pricing strategies, resident retention, expense management, and additional income opportunities).
  • Utilize a balanced scorecard approach to report on key performance indicators (occupancy rates, resident retention, expenses, compliance, customer satisfaction, etc.) and conduct in-depth business analysis to identify trends and variances.
  • Engage in the continuous enhancement of processes and controls to facilitate GHP's rapid expansion.
  • Identify and implement strategies to simplify, automate, and standardize processes across various operational areas.
  • Enhance existing reporting methods to provide improved analytical tools for senior management.
  • Lead revenue management initiatives using Rent Maximizer Revenue software to optimize revenue, mitigate risks, and adjust pricing according to market dynamics.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget formulations, including detailed analyses of annual and multi-year budget estimates. Conduct specialized economic analyses, reviews, and studies related to budget information.
  • Perform market research and analyses to comprehend industry trends and evaluate actionable business opportunities.
  • Support senior leadership with ad-hoc research projects and generate reports based on organizational requirements.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Team-oriented with a positive and personable approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics.
  • Experience in Property Management is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in computer analysis, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A curious mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, capable of seeking and implementing innovative business solutions and best practices.
COMPENSATION: Salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.
