About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships with our clients, growing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets, increase revenue, and expand our client base.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining open communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, facilitate learning, and maintain open communication to achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation is necessary for frequent travel to client sites.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-Oriented: A results-driven approach is necessary to meet or exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
