At Molnlycke Health Care, we're seeking a skilled Sr. Data Analyst to join our Sales Reporting & Data Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll empower sales & marketing teams to make strategic decisions and drive optimal outcomes.

As a Sr. Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying risks and opportunities, optimizing sales enablement activities, and guiding sales strategies. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, decision architecture use cases, current challenges, business questions, processes, and related data.

Key responsibilities include:

Actionable Insights/Data Driven Decision Making:
Develop expert-level knowledge of Molnlycke's product launch or GTM strategy, target market development, and build competitive landscape.
Design dashboards and reports that track KPIs, allowing stakeholders to make informed decisions based on data.

Market Focus:
Generate recommendations and insights from comprehensive analysis across all growth levers, including marketing campaigns, sales and partner performance, lead generation efforts, and revenue data.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Construct models that predict customer behavior and pipeline scenarios.

Customer Analysis:
Using various data sources, build models, reports, and/or dashboards to analyze customer(s) - customer segmentation, product penetration, compliance analysis, purchase history and trends, and sales projections.

Sales & Marketing Channel Partner:
Perform ad-hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
Design and build self-service dashboards to measure performance and assist in directing team's efforts towards initiatives with the largest impact.

Data Structure, Data Quality & Collaboration:
Solve organizational business problems by exploring, identifying, collecting, and organizing the data needed.
Partner with and influence cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance) by translating complex data into insights that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency.

Leadership Collaboration:
Create measurement frameworks, including metrics, dashboards, and visualizations, that help measure the effectiveness and impact of growth efforts.

What you'll need
Bachelor's Degree required, Masters or MBA preferred
7+ years' experience with data analysis with strong business acumen.
Healthcare industry - Pharma, payer, hospital, provider, or medical device manufacturers mainly focused on business aspects.
2+ years' experience with Tableau or Power BI
Expert-level SQL experience, skilled at creating useful reports / reporting for internal and external clients, automation, and maintaining delivery platforms
Strong Excel skills for data manipulation, model building
Experience working with Snowflake/Data warehouse
