Business Development Manager Opportunity

ExecuSource is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the homebuilding industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving company growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for the sales and marketing departments to facilitate company growth.
  • Work closely with sales managers to train and maintain a strong sales staff.
  • Serve as a management partner with Operations, Purchasing, Construction, Land, Development, and Accounting.
  • Support each department to further the company's success.
  • Sign contracts and manage the inventory of new homes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the homebuilding industry.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales leadership experience, primarily in new home sales.
  • Experience in managing, hiring, and training a sales staff in a homebuilding environment.
  • Skills in leading a team, managing the sales process, working with development and construction, staff retention, and new home marketing.
