Job Summary

The Account Executive is a key role at Shamrock Foods Company, responsible for driving sales growth and profitability. This position requires a strong understanding of the food industry and excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect new customers and develop a territory to grow the customer base
  • Maintain current customer relationships and increase share of customer business
  • Support customer menu engineering and food cost analysis to reduce waste and improve profitability
  • Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons to showcase Shamrock Foods' capabilities
  • Build multi-level relationships with customers and leverage technology to enhance customer experience
Requirements
  • HS Diploma and/or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus
  • 2+ years' experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related field preferred
  • Previous successful sales experience a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technology
  • Knowledgeable on industry trends and Microsoft Office skills
