Position Overview

The Client Project Manager role is an entry-level opportunity aimed at individuals eager to develop a rewarding career in mass market, non-profit fundraising. MDS Communications specializes in the Telephone Fundraising sector, assisting numerous prominent non-profit organizations in achieving their financial objectives. As a CPM, you will cultivate one-on-one relationships with clients within our portfolio to design and implement effective telephone fundraising initiatives throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing and managing budgets
  2. Conducting data analysis
  3. Writing compelling copy
  4. Training call center agents

Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel. Once fully trained, the CPM will benefit from a flexible work arrangement that includes both in-office and remote work options.

Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is $55,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
