About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Palm Beach Tan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Salon Operations: Oversee all aspects of salon operations, including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention.
  • Meet Sales Quotas: Meet and exceed team and individual sales targets, measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Consult with Customers: Provide professional and upbeat consultations to customers, building long-term relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Build Customer Loyalty: Proactively build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers, increasing customer traffic through local store marketing.
  • Manage Client Billing: Maintain up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Salon: Ensure the salon is clean and organized, meeting company standards.
  • Cash Handling and Administration: Handle cash transactions, manage daily administrative paperwork, and track sales goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Proven Customer Service Experience: Minimum two years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Management Experience: Minimum two years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Face-to-Face Sales Experience: Minimum one year of experience in face-to-face sales.
  • Reliable Transportation and Availability: Must have reliable transportation and be available to work nights and weekends.
  • Competitive Drive and Professional Appearance: Must have a friendly, competitive drive to meet sales goals and a polished professional appearance.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail and Organization: Must have attention to detail and be organized.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day.
