Job Title: Member Service Representative II

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Member Service Representative II. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to security protocols.
  • Assist members with financial planning, including loan applications, credit card services, and other financial products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, promoting cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to members.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a financial services or customer-facing role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
