Days and Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (11:30 AM to 4:30 PM), Saturdays (8:45 AM to 1:15 PM)

Position Overview:

Foothill Credit Union is on the lookout for a dedicated Member Service Representative II. As a member-focused financial cooperative, we emphasize providing outstanding service to our valued members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle member inquiries and resolve issues independently
  • Follow established sales and service protocols
  • Facilitate financial transactions accurately
  • Assist in executing marketing initiatives
  • Meet cross-selling objectives

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in credit unions or banking
  • Familiarity with credit union regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic mathematical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Valid California Driver's License
