About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere invitation to return as they leave.
  • Offer assistance to guests who may need help and process GC On the Go To-Go orders.
  • Handle payments accurately and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery and maintain a full knowledge of menu and prices.
  • Perform duties to ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
