Summary:

As a Client Services Associate II, you will warmly welcome members into the branch and deliver outstanding member service that fosters financial literacy while utilizing your expertise in deposit, loan, and convenience service products to accurately and efficiently address various financial inquiries.

Your role will involve providing exceptional member service and striving to meet and surpass established cross-sell objectives, actively supporting organizational goals and promotions, while maintaining high standards of member service.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities outlined represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position but may not encompass all duties. You will perform tasks independently, analyze information, and resolve member issues with minimal supervision.
Consistently adhere to sales and service protocols to ensure an outstanding member service experience.
Receive and disburse funds, process deposits, loan payments, transfers, withdrawals, and manage authorized account signers.
Facilitate loan advances from credit card or line of credit accounts.
Issue cashier's checks and balance the cash drawer daily.
Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional atmosphere when interacting with the public.
Support and actively promote all marketing initiatives.
Consistently achieve cross-sell targets by recommending and selling products and services tailored to member needs.
Prepare checks for processing and assist in balancing the cash vault. You may be required to perform your duties at various branch locations.
Assist in training new team members.

Requirements:
Experience/Education

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 years of experience in credit union or banking roles.
Prior experience as a teller or in a customer service capacity.
Familiarity with banking and/or credit union regulations and statutes.
