Sr Product Marketing Manager

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Sr Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or multi-channel digital media, with a strong understanding of CRM, display, social media, email, website, and digital measurement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HCP non-personal and direct-to-consumer assets across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create and deliver media and social assets.
  • Use data and insights to drive marketing strategies and measure their impact.
  • Implement and evolve customer CRM strategies and initiatives.
  • Advise on the evaluation and execution of paid media plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or multi-channel digital media.
  • Proficiency in CRM, display, social media, email, website, and digital measurement plans.
  • Operational knowledge of medical, regulatory, and legal review processes.
  • Experience in rare diseases is preferred.
  • Strong patient orientation with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships in a cross-functional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
