Job Description
As the Director of Product Marketing, Healthcare Informatics, you will lead new product launches and shift our go-to-market strategy to a SaaS-focused approach. Collaborate with product management to harmonize and innovate business models, and position our radiology informatics as the top Enterprise Imaging and Informatics vendor.
Your Role:
- Develop go-to-market plans for launches by gathering market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback. Lead the shift towards a Solutions-focused organization by harmonizing business models and revising pricing structures.
- Position our radiology informatics offering as the top Enterprise Imaging and Informatics vendor. Collaborate with other Philips businesses and partners to develop comprehensive commercial solutions and value propositions.
- Create integrated marketing plans and campaigns with other business units, tailored to our key audiences. Ensure marketing messages are compliant by working with clinical teams, legal, and regulatory.
- Organize user group meetings and advisory boards, acting as the main contact for industry analysts. Inspire and mobilize people in a multinational environment with strong communication skills.
- Understand customer needs and commercial success criteria by collaborating with customers, global colleagues, and industry partners. Think conceptually from a broad business perspective, considering both strategic and operational aspects.
You're the Right Fit If:
- You've acquired 10+ years related experience in Product Management/Marketing or adjacent fields (e.g., Field Marketing, Clinical Marketing) with proven customer-facing experience (typically C-suite).
- You have experience with gathering market insights, value proposition generation, pricing, communications, channel management, and planning; experience in an Enterprise (Imaging) Software business; and experience in driving thought leadership and inspiring sales/marketing organizations.
- Your skills include demonstrable communication skills and the ability to lead an organization in the development and implementation of Go-to-Market strategies for market-leading solutions.
- You have a Bachelor's degree; ideally a Master's or MBA in the field of (B2B) marketing.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You are results-oriented, have problem-solving skills, and business acumen, and are familiar with continuous improvement techniques or processes.
- You must feel comfortable in a venture environment which can be hectic and hands-on.
- This role may require up to 15-20% travel both domestically and internationally.
How We Work Together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is an office role.
