Product Manager for Clinical Trials

TriNetX Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Trial Design and Optimization Team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering software products that enable healthcare organizations and life sciences companies to efficiently identify and recruit patients into clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain a clear product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features, and timelines.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the clinical research and life sciences markets.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product development process.
  • Develop training materials and documentation for internal teams, customers, and end-users to ensure a smooth product adoption process.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare technology product management role, with a proven track record of defining product roadmaps and delivering impactful solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Experience building external, customer-facing enterprise software products for healthcare organizations and the life sciences industry.
  • Experience working with EHR tools to query and search for patients meeting certain criteria.
  • Experience working with EHR and clinical trial data.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare and life sciences markets, with an up-to-date understanding of key market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
