Product Manager Job Description

At QCSS Health, we are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive the development and execution of our MLTSS healthcare products. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing healthcare products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to bring products from concept to market.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging that resonate with our target audience.
  • Prioritize product features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and work with the development team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide tools and materials that support their efforts in driving product adoption.
  • Work to gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within the healthcare or health tech sector.
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare or health tech sector.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in developing successful go-to-market strategies and driving product adoption.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Location and Travel:
  • Position is available remotely.
  • QCSS is headquartered in Cambridge, MA.
  • Travel may be required to organize, execute, and attend in-person events and periodic in-person company meetings.
Hiring Process:
  • The initial screen will be a 30-minute call.
  • The first interview will be a 60-minute video call.
  • The final interview will include presentation of an exercise and be a 90-minute video call.
  • The final step of the process will be a reference check.

Candidates for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment background check. All QCSS employees are subject to annual screening to ensure that they have not been excluded from the Federal Healthcare Programs (using the OIG and GSA Exclusion Lists) or State Medicaid Programs.
