Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Oncology Marketing, Onivyde

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Oncology Commercial Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving customer conversion and expanding utilization of Onivyde for appropriate patients.

Main Responsibilities:

* Support the Tazverik marketing team in creating brand strategy and tactics
* Lead the implementation of assigned initiatives across the marketing mix
* Work closely with vendors to develop and execute promotional materials and programs
* Identify innovative mechanisms to engage and provide value to key customers
* Apply creativity and innovation to enhance the customer experience
* Ensure efficient marketing spend on assigned projects

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

* Oncology field leadership to gain alignment and provide support with sales force execution
* Value & Access, Medical, and other key cross-functional brand team members on brand promotional development and execution

Requirements:

* BA/BS degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
* 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience, with at least 3 years in US oncology marketing related roles
* Successful Oncology launch experience preferred
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience managing agencies, consulting firms, and/or other vendors
* Knowledge of AMA, ACCME, PhRMA, and FDA regulations
* Demonstrated consistent track record of success in project management and producing results

Benefits:

* Annual base salary range: $123,750 - $181,500
