Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Offer detailed variance analysis and actionable insights to improve financial performance.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting activities.

Data Management & Process Improvement:

  • Use data analysis tools to manage and analyze financial data.
  • Streamline financial processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Implement best practices in financial data management and reporting.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly to various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
