Role Summary:

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at Raytheon is looking for a dedicated professional to join our ranks. This diverse group collaborates across various sectors to drive informed business decisions and ensure consistent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Analyst in FP&A will primarily focus on preparing and submitting essential government documentation, including the Incurred Cost Proposal, CAS Disclosure Statements, and Forward Pricing & Billing Rates.

Responsibilities include:
  • Facilitating liaison and audit support with government agencies to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with other accounting teams to standardize processes and identify best practices.
  • Conducting financial analyses, budget preparations, and forecasts to support strategic business initiatives.
  • Reviewing financial and budgetary reports to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) cost principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Understanding of audit processes relevant to major contractors.
  • Experience in various accounting and finance disciplines.
