Position Overview:

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at Raytheon Technologies is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to enhance our financial operations. This role is pivotal in supporting the preparation and submission of essential financial documentation, including the Incurred Cost Proposal and CAS Disclosure Statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and submission of the Incurred Cost Proposal, detailing the company’s actual indirect costs.
  • Support the creation of Forward Pricing & Billing Rates, Labor Accounting, and Contract Closeout documentation.
  • Engage with various government representatives, including the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with other Government Accounting teams to standardize processes and identify best practices.
  • Conduct financial analysis, research, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic business initiatives.
  • Review financial and budgetary reports to provide insights and preliminary recommendations.

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) cost principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Understanding of DCAA audit processes and Raytheon financial policies.
  • Experience in various accounting and finance disciplines.
