Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team at Clear Channel Communications, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating advertising revenue and meeting sales targets through the creation of new and renewal of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to close deals.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Establish strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their advertising goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with creative, operations, marketing, and finance staff to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in media sales or a related field.
  • Skillset: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
