Responsibilities
  • Motivate and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Lead daily meetings with staff to review progress, discuss challenges, and set goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer experiences.
Qualifications
  • Prior sales leadership experience in the motorcycle industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Harley-Davidson brand and its products.
