Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Establish strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Relationship Development: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to boost customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Sales Assistance: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and provide clients with information about additional products and services that meet their needs.
- Referral Acquisition: Encourage new business by requesting referrals from existing customers.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Customer-Centric: A sincere commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
