Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Equipment and Supplies: Ensure therapists have access to necessary equipment and supplies to perform their duties effectively.
  • Assist with Therapy Equipment Maintenance: Help maintain therapy equipment and identify the need for repairs or replacements.
  • Participate in Therapeutic Experiences: Participate in client therapy sessions under the guidance of licensed clinicians as needed.
  • Maintain a Safe Working Environment: Comply with procedures and center-specific safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with Front Office Administration: Assist with administrative duties such as greeting clients, answering phones, checking-in clients, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, preparing charts, scanning/faxing documents, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Health Science Related Courses: Completion of health science related courses, knowledge of anatomy/physiology, and an interest in pursuing a career in healthcare are highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with the clinical team.
