Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Lead will take charge of managing our marketing technology ecosystem, enhancing processes, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing initiatives. This position demands a thorough understanding of HubSpot, robust analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across various teams to enhance marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Oversight: Manage the configuration, administration, and optimization of HubSpot, focusing on workflows, lead scoring, form enrichment, email marketing, and reporting.
  • Technology Optimization: Assess and implement marketing technologies to boost operational efficiency and campaign success, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and other systems.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring precise tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Data Governance: Uphold data integrity within marketing systems, overseeing data hygiene, segmentation, and enrichment processes to guarantee high-quality data for marketing efforts.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation within the marketing operations framework, establishing best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Performance Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside various teams, including Sales, IT, and Product, to ensure marketing operations align with broader business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Offer training and support to marketing team members on HubSpot and other marketing technologies, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in leading marketing operations, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot management and optimization, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in HubSpot, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, and analytics tools, with a solid understanding of the marketing technology stack and integrations.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and organization.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot certification) is advantageous.
