Job Overview

Guardian Fueling Technologies LLC is seeking to enhance our IT Department by adding a Project Coordinator.

Role Summary:

The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, establishing, and overseeing various information technology (IT) initiatives while acting as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:

  • Oversees assigned IT initiatives to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints, timelines, and project scope.
  • Develops, updates, and refines project proposals, outlining objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing needs.
  • Establishes and monitors project milestones; manages unexpected delays and adjusts schedules and expectations accordingly.
  • Creates and implements communication strategies for projects, providing regular updates to relevant personnel and stakeholders.
  • Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes data and trends to prepare comprehensive project status reports.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exhibits excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has a thorough understanding of project management methodologies and planning.
  • Understands IT procedures and practices, particularly in cloud-based database environments.
  • Is proficient with a variety of general and specialized software, applications, and hardware utilized within the organization and industry.
  • Is skilled in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Information Technology-related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is necessary.
Competencies:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Windows, and SQL Server is essential.
Work Environment:
  • This role is primarily office-based.
Physical Requirements:
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Position Type:
  • This is a full-time role.
Travel Requirements:
  • Minimal travel is expected.
Additional Information:
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
