As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the project management team throughout the execution of various construction initiatives, including earthworks, concrete installations, bridge constructions, retaining structures, and asphalt applications.

Your pre-construction duties will encompass planning timelines, facilitating the creation of all necessary shop drawings and operational plans to initiate project activities.


  • During the construction phase, your responsibilities will include monitoring payment quantities and submitting payment requests to clients, assessing project progress against financial and scheduling benchmarks, recognizing alterations to project scopes and managing pricing adjustments, overseeing subcontractors, and providing technical assistance to site supervisors and foremen.
The ideal candidate should possess a keen interest in field operations and be eager to engage in some of the most demanding and fulfilling projects in the region.

Preferred qualifications include:
A degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
Experience in scheduling
Previous experience in construction or engineering is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Flexibility to work varied hours and engage in hands-on training.
A valid driver's license.
