Job Description

Guardian Fueling Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our growing IT Department.

The Information Technology Project Manager will be responsible for planning, establishing, and managing information technology (IT) projects, serving as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
  • Proposal Development: Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
  • Schedule Management: Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.
  • Communication: Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized with attention to detail.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management Principles: Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
  • Information Technology: Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices with emphasis on databases in a cloud-enabled environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required.
  • Experience: At least three years of related experience required.
Competencies:
  • Cloud Computing: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows & SQL Server.
Work Environment:
  • Office-Based: The position is an office-based position at our corporate location.
Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Position Type:
  • Full-Time: This is a full-time position.
Travel:
  • Minimal: Minimal travel required.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
  • Other Duties: Performs other related duties as assigned.
