About Us
Aldo's Pizza is a second-generation family-run business with over 50 years of experience in providing consistent dining experiences and family values. We are seeking a new leader to join our team as an Executive Chef and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client company.
Collaborate with the General Manager/Owner to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any areas of concern.
Manage multiple areas of the restaurant, including the front and back of house, and ensure that all employees are motivated and working towards the same goal.

Requirements
5-10 years of relevant experience in the culinary industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and employees.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
