Enterprise Service Desk Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Leidos. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and modernizing the main global network of the Navy and Marine Corps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tier 1 level support to users, performing troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Monitor the health and status of the networks.
- Document and communicate outage information to co-workers and customers.
- Execute scripts and open and close tickets.
- Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.
Requirements:
- High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Active DOD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
- DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+).
- Must be willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT customer service, including 2 years of IT ticketing system experience and 1 year of experience in remote desk takeover tools and usage.
Pay Range: $26.70+
