Job Title: Strategic Account Executive - Key Accounts

At RF-SMART, we're on a mission to transform our customers and change lives. As a Strategic Account Executive - Key Accounts, you'll play a critical role in driving our success by cultivating relationships with our top clients and seeking out new opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our top 5% of clients, understanding their unique business needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Negotiate large and complex renewals with key accounts, leveraging your expertise to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Forecast sales opportunities and drive sales through optimization, staying ahead of the competition and positioning RF-SMART products and services as the best solution for our clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends, using this insight to inform your sales strategy and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution, driving sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to the development of our sales strategy, ensuring we're always ahead of the curve.
  • Update our CRM system timely and accurately, ensuring we have a clear view of our sales pipeline and customer interactions.
  • Orchestrate site visits and customer meetings, building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Develop advocates within our accounts who can serve as customer references, helping to build our reputation and drive business growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Successful software sales experience and a strong technical acumen, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive sales growth in a remote environment.
  • Negotiations experience for large and complex renewal cycles, with a strong ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Drive sales through optimization, leveraging your expertise to stay ahead of the competition and position RF-SMART products and services as the best solution for our clients.
  • Build relationships that drive change, both with customers and within our organization, using your executive presence to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lives in a key regional city for the territory, with ease of access to customers and key stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in a business field, or equivalent work experience, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Experience with sales CRM systems such as Oracle/Siebel, Salesforce, or NetSuite, with a strong ability to leverage technology to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
