Position Overview

The Chief Operations Executive is tasked with overseeing the strategic direction, management, and coordination of operational logistics to guarantee the delivery of effective services at GLBHC health centers.

This role involves consulting with and advising the Chief Operating Officer on operational matters related to health center facilities, as well as recommending modifications to administrative policies to fulfill GLBHC's mission and objectives.

The position also entails interpreting health center policies, objectives, and operational procedures associated with administrative and business management support for:

  • Patient services support business lines
  • Facilities and maintenance services
  • Referral services
Key Responsibilities

Accountable for all operational logistics concerning performance evaluation, workflow enhancement, policy compliance, and space optimization for administrative offices and all health center locations.

Assess operational processes for continuous improvement in patient support service business lines, facilities management, and referral services.

Responsible for senior-level development and oversight of policy and operational governance for:

  • Patient support services business lines
  • Facilities and maintenance management
  • Referral services
  • Other areas as determined by organizational needs

Act as a senior-level manager for special projects as assigned.

Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Management is required. A Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare or human services organizations.

Physical Requirements:
Medium.
