Position Overview:
Perry Weather is in search of a skilled Recruitment Specialist to spearhead our internal hiring initiatives as we expand.

This position is vital for attracting and securing top-tier talent across critical areas, especially in sales and engineering, which are pivotal to our advancement as a premier SaaS provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Recruitment:
    Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding for positions across various departments, with an emphasis on sales and engineering.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development:
    Establish and sustain a strong pipeline of candidates for immediate and future hiring requirements, utilizing diverse sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition:
    Formulate and execute talent acquisition strategies that are in line with Perry Weather's growth ambitions and organizational culture.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    Partner closely with hiring managers to comprehend specific requirements, offer insights on job descriptions, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Employer Branding:
    Advocate for Perry Weather's employer brand to draw in high-caliber candidates, emphasizing our mission, values, and distinctive workplace culture.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment:
    Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the success of talent acquisition strategies and implement data-informed enhancements.
  • Leadership Development:
    This role is currently hands-on, with future opportunities to build and lead a small team of recruiters as Perry Weather continues to grow.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, ideally within a SaaS environment, with a proven history of recruiting for sales and engineering positions.
  • Skills: Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, with strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Industry Insight: A solid understanding of the SaaS sector, with the ability to quickly comprehend technical roles and their requirements.
  • Flexibility: Capacity to excel in a dynamic, high-growth setting with evolving priorities.
  • Leadership Aspirations: Experience in guiding or mentoring junior recruiters is advantageous, with a desire to advance into a leadership position as the organization expands.
