  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet production demands, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Refrigerate and serve cold food items safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and disposal.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  • Basic knife skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day and work flexible schedules, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Current food handler permit required.
