Executive Chef

K5 Hospitality is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Supervise and train junior chefs to ensure they meet the organization's standards.
- Monitor food costs, inventory, and ordering to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create a positive and productive kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
