Job Summary

The Night Auditor is responsible for performing daily audits and closing reports for the hotel Front Office. This role involves organizing and verifying information, identifying discrepancies, and posting accounts. The Night Auditor will also be the primary contact for guests between 11 PM and 7 AM, greeting them at the Front Desk and processing check-in and check-out transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome.
  • Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from the computer system.
  • Audit the shift closing of all Front Office staff and produce accurate and timely reports.
  • Maintain and post a daily balance of all house accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in hospitality, preferably in Night Audit.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
