About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care to assigned patients, as well as participating in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care and outstanding patient outcomes.

This is a 24-hour night shift position that requires flexibility and adaptability. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various units within the hospital, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in different areas of medicine.

Requirements
  • A current RN license in Massachusetts
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Med/Surg nursing
  • BSN degree or equivalent required
  • BLS certification required

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering high-quality care are essential qualities for this role.
