Job SummaryWe're looking for a skilled Market Development Representative to drive our next phase of growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with local government officials, representing Kaizen Labs at in-person meetings, and effectively communicating our mission and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Kaizen Labs at in-person meetings with local government officials
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector
- Communicate the Kaizen Labs mission and value proposition to prospective customers
- Book follow-up demo calls with prospects
- Potentially represent Kaizen Labs at tradeshows and conferences
- Maintain communication with the business development team to refine workflows and approach
- Regularly update meeting tracking documentation
- 1-3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong familiarity with local Massachusetts towns and cities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel 100% (mainly evenings from 5:00-10:00PM)
- Access to reliable transportation
- Proficient in technology
