Job Title: Market Development Director, Non-Acute Healthcare

Spectra Medical Devices LLC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Development Director to lead the commercial strategy and execution of our product portfolio in the non-acute healthcare market segment throughout the USA.

This is a high-profile role that will work cross-functionally to build an entrepreneurial division within a larger medical device contract manufacturing business. The primary responsibility is to build a business within a business by maximizing sales and gross profit by leveraging cross-functional team and aligning them toward a clear strategy for growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully meeting performance objectives, preferably in new market development, product launch, and new territory development. They will have a strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Market Development Director will be responsible for identifying and analyzing new market opportunities in the non-acute segment nationally, developing and implementing strategic business plans to support new market opportunities, and developing and executing a commercial strategy to capture market opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably with a blue-chip supplier, and a proven background in cold calling, variable or commission-based compensation, and full-cycle sales experience.

The total compensation package for this role includes a base salary of $150,000 with uncapped bonus potential, excellent health and welfare plans, and a 401k plan with company match.
