Job Summary

This is a full-time, onsite Summer 2025 internship supporting the Technical Field Services team. This team provides 'at the elbow' support for our clinicians and business users.

Their work includes but is not limited to laptop and peripheral troubleshooting, support of software related issues and workflow analysis to ensure our technology is used as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Essential Functions
  • Maintains accountability for completing support tasks as directed.
  • Maintains clear and appropriate documentation of actions taken.
  • May analyzes department processes and other Corewell Health systems encountered and makes recommendations improvements, as appropriate. Participates in quality monitoring activities/process improvement activities.
  • Communicates, collaborates, and acts as a team player with others to ensure continuity and coordination of services.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Currently enrolled in a university pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in area of accountability. May also be a recent graduate from an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.
