Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing all aspects of payroll in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviews and processes payroll
  • Checks timesheets for completeness and accuracy
  • Completes weekly check distribution (sorting & mailing checks according to schedule)
  • Maintains personnel files
  • Enter new hires and complete E-Verify process
  • File/upload new hire packets and other paperwork to Timberscan
  • Produces & remits certified payroll and union reports
  • Submit check requests for child support/levies
  • Process adjustment/layoff checks as needed
  • Complete verifications of employment
  • Respond to employee questions/inquiries
Requirements:
  • Outstanding attention to detail and an ability to communicate effectively
  • Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Bachelor's Degree in either Accounting or Business Management with 2-4 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Construction Accounting
  • Proficient in Timberline & other various accounting software
  • Microsoft Office
