Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Manager / Accounting Specialist at Bead Industries, Inc.


About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, and providing administrative support to the management team.


Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:
Manage general office duties such as answering phones, handling mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Oversee office organization and cleanliness, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating company events.

Accounting:
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
Process accounts payable (AP) by entering and paying vendor invoices.
Manage accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing customers and following up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in accounting / bookkeeping, etc.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of payroll processing and HR functions.
