Business Operations Manager

As a key member of the care center operations and management team, the Business Office Manager will report directly to the operational leader and be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating various administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate systems and procedures with medical records, data entry, claims review, and personnel and human resource functions to ensure efficient and compliant billing and payroll operations.
  • Ensure continuous coverage in all administrative areas through appropriate staffing assignments and workload distribution.
  • Supervise non-clinical staff, ensure appropriate orientation for all new staff, and conduct performance appraisals/reviews as necessary.
  • Maintain an ongoing evaluation of space, supplies, and equipment needs for the care center.
  • Directly communicate with the IT Department regarding system problems, repairs, and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of two (2) years office or related experience
  • Strong computer and software skills
  • Dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance coverage
