Role Overview:


As an Orthopedic Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our orthopedic practice by preparing patients for examinations, gathering medical histories, collecting and processing lab specimens, and assisting physicians during various procedures including casting, splinting, bracing, and injections.

This role is essential in delivering quality care to our community's patients, addressing a range of needs from general orthopedics to sports medicine, fracture management, total joint replacements, and arthritis care.


Work Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM, Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM

Educational Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Certification Requirements:
Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant is required.
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Preferred: 1 year of experience in an orthopedic clinic.
